Exchange & Return Conditions

  • Items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Used or damaged products
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Customized or special-order items

Exchange Process

If you would like to exchange an item:

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order number.
  2. Share the product details and reason for exchange.
  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Return & Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a few business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a wrong or defective item sent by us.
