Exchange & Return Conditions
- Items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or discounted items
- Used or damaged products
- Products without original packaging or tags
- Customized or special-order items
Exchange Process
If you would like to exchange an item:
- Contact our customer support team with your order number.
- Share the product details and reason for exchange.
- Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Return & Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a few business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a wrong or defective item sent by us.
